My background spans academic research and consulting, collaborating with international organizations to design user-centered services grounded in real needs. I’ve built expertise in design thinking, user research, UX, strategy, and co-creation across multiple industries.

Recently, I’ve deepened my focus on sustainable innovation through courses at Bocconi University and the University of Geneva, while exploring how AI can become a strategic lever to design smarter, more sustainable, and more human-centered services.
